The Squad Members Have All Received Their Reelection For Congress Seats

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, and Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, also known as “The Squad,” have become a formidable force in the since taking office in 2018 House of Representatives and was even the target of fiery tweets from President Donald Trump. This week the four women confirmed that they had successfully won all of their re-election campaigns and secured another term in the House of Representatives.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez took to her Twitter to celebrate the news and claim yet another historic victory in New York. “Thank you the Bronx and Queens for electing me back to the House despite the millions spent against us and for trusting me to represent you again,” she wrote, tweeting the announcement again. The Bronx native was able to raise over $ 17 million in campaign funding, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Rep.
