Scarborough Rants In opposition to ‘Silly’ Media Caring About Conservative Criticism

With just over two weeks to go until election day, left-wing media experts have run out of time to boost Joe Biden’s polls. When the frustrated co-hosts of MSNBC’s Morning Joe realized that the polls weren’t currently predicting a landslide win for Biden, they had to let off some steam. They wallowed in fear of the elections Monday morning and started the show with a series of insults.

After comparing President Trump’s campaign events directly to the Salem Witch Trials, co-host Joe Scarborough searched for his least favorite and supposedly right-wing platform, Facebook: “It’s so bad that the most viewed websites on Facebook are fine -wing – not conservative … are right-wing extremists who promote alternative facts. This is how Facebook became. “Then he went on (shockingly) as if none of his colleagues or his audience would ever hear him:

And that’s one of the things Democrats are so stupid, they really are. Democrats and liberals in the media are so, so stupid. Because someone is going to say, “Oh, Facebook is – Facebook is unfair to conservatives.” ‘What do we do? What to do – they can’t call us bad? – Yes you can. This is how conservatives think, they can lie through their teeth.

Impressive. The blanket statement that Democrats and Liberals are “so, so stupid” in the media is not heard every day on Morning Joe, and is far more surprising than his ranting about Republican columnists in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post, which is immediate it followed. Even less surprising was his complete lack of awe of Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley: “And then Republicans like Josh Hawley… I mean, seriously, I don’t know him at all, so that’s not personal, but He’s either the stupidest person who has ever walked the halls of Congress or the most insincere. ”

But Scarborough’s personal attacks were far from over. He turned his attention back to Facebook and scolded:

I have problems with Mark Zuckerberg. In my opinion [Section] 230 should be eliminated. I think it should be – I think it like we broke the baby bellsI think Facebook should be broken into a thousand pieces After what they did in 2016, they let the Russians in. And Sheryl Sandberg learned that – that the board was told about it and that she got angry that the truth was coming out – They should be broken into a million pieces.

Ouch! Who knew someone in the press corps had such a personal problem with Facebook? It’s a surprise considering the company is raising so much money for Democrats. To sum up his feelings, Scarborough whined, “So, Mika, you conjure up all this nonsense, all this rubbish, anti-science, anti-First Amendment, anti-truth, and we still have a race too short to call. ” Ah, so that’s what it’s about. Poor Scarborough just can’t let the elections distract him.

Mika Brzezinski, co-host of Scarborough’s Rage, expressed her contempt for the Wall Street Journal: “Some of their best writers! On TV it says, “Oh, the press is all about coronavirus,” just like coronavirus isn’t a big story. Look at the number on the screen. It’s a crazy time in terms of what people will do to deny facts. “

MSNBC’s PoliticsNation host Rev. Al Sharpton was concerned about Trump’s “Lock Her Up” calls over the weekend and summed up the tension of everyone on the show: “I find it terrifying that we’re sitting here and not seeing a landslide that is guaranteed for Joe Biden in view of the behavior of this president last weekend. “

The Biden campaign communications team that works at MSNBC just want to make sure the candidate wins as much as possible.

Tomorrow Joe

JOE SCARBOROUGH: That’s – please. If you don’t think that people won’t look back on these rallies with the same horror as we look back on the Salem witch trials, don’t you think it will happen in 50 years and 100 years from now? You’re just kidding In the middle of a pandemic, long after we’re all gone, people will show these pictures and ask, “What happened to America?” or at least a large subset of America, and what happened … was Donald Trump. And history and Americans in the future will have to grapple with it, as will those who work day in and day out to move his agenda forward, or the tens of millions of people who actually join it.

SCARBOROUGH: You know, it’s so funny. I saw a comment yesterday in the Wall Street Journal, and the columnist, whose name does not deserve to be repeated in this program, spoke about the liberal dominance …

MIKA BRZEZINSKI: Yes.

SCARBOROUGH:… from Facebook. It’s so bad that the most viewed websites on Facebook are all right-wing and not conservative. They are right-wing extremists pushing alternative facts. This is how Facebook became. It has become a propaganda outfit.

SCARBOROUGH: When day after day the most viewed pages on Facebook, the most shared pages on Facebook, are from right-wing conspiracy theorists, anti-anti-trumpers, who presented the disgusting, twisted view of the world. And then Republicans like Josh Hawley … I mean, seriously, I don’t know him at all, so that’s not personal, but he’s either the stupidest person to walk the halls of Congress or the most insincere. He [unintelligible]”We have a problem with … we need to censor Facebook.” What are you – oh, you … oh Jos – you can – oh really Josh? Oh, are you a conservative? And you have to censor a private individual – I have problems with Mark Zuckerberg. I think two thirty should be eliminated. I think it should be – I think it like we broke the Baby Bells, I think Facebook should be broken into a thousand pieces after what they did in 2016 and let the Russians in. And Sheryl Sandberg learned that the board was about to be told and get mad that the truth was coming out – they were to be broken into a million pieces. But Josh, you want to censor a company that is a private person – really? Didn’t you go to Harvard Law School or something like that? Did they teach you that you can now ban private companies? No, III, where I went we didn’t learn that in law school. So, Mika, they do all this nonsense, all this junk, the anti-science, the anti-first change, the anti-truth, and we still have a race too close to name.

BRZEZINSKI: No, and you are talking about names that are not worth mentioning on this show. There are many names worth mentioning on this show, related to the Wall Street Journal, for example. I know you used to have a lot of respect for the Wall Street Journal and I would check out some –

SCARBOROUGH: The editorial page.

BRZEZINSKI: Some of your best writers! On TV it says, “Oh, the press is solely focused on ‘coronavirus'”, just as coronavirus isn’t a big story. Look at the number on the screen. It’s a crazy time in terms of what people will do to deny facts.

6:19:07

BRZEZINSKI: So Reverend Al, um – with everything Jonathan Lemire just put on the table, I also think that Donald Trump could be a lot worse if you look four years ago and where Democrats were, where Hillary Clinton was . It doesn’t seem like a landslide for Joe Biden, in fact it seems he has a long way to go or that we could repeat ourselves four years ago.

REV. AL SHARPTON: What’s terrifying is that not only is it not a landslide in terms of poll for Joe Biden, given what Donald Trump did, I mean, we’re talking about a president ten days after the FBI In one state, no people were spotted talking about kidnapping the governor and bringing explosives into the state capital, but actually practicing exercises and going through procedures they videotaped to do so. And the president is mocking them and leading a crowd in a chant to lock them up, lock them up to protect us from the coronavirus, and that president is still within reach to win the presidency even though it’s a narrow path. There is still a way. I find it terrifying that we are sitting here and not seeing a landslide for Joe Biden, which, given the behavior of this President, is guaranteed last weekend too.
