Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Drafts New Invoice That Will Permit Residents To Shoot ‘Looters And Rioters”

Roommate, it looks like things are going to change in Florida as their Governor Ron DeSantis, according to the Miami Herald, drafted new “anti-mob” laws that would allow armed citizens to shoot alleged looters or people who are involved in “criminal nonsense”.

Apparently the new bill is an attempt to refine DeSantis’ earlier promise to tackle “violent and disorderly gatherings” as protests formed across the country in response to racial injustice and police brutality.

The new proposal would also make it a criminal sanction for anyone involved in violent “gatherings”. According to this new law It would be considered a third degree crime for you to block traffic during a protest or offer immunity to drivers who claim to have unintentionally injured protesters blocking traffic. Looting would also be on the “violent crimes” list to justify the use of force. If someone is “looting or rampaging” within 500 feet, armed citizens can take matters into their own hands.

When referring to the bill during a press conference, DeSantis said, “You see videos of these innocent people having dinner and you have these crazy lunatics who just yell at you and intimidate you in a public shelter,” he added : “You won’t do that in the state of Florida.”

Hoping this new bill won’t lead to more deaths. 2020 was a year of unprecedented events. I wish everyone in Florida all the best in these times!
