Bobby Shmurda Denied Parole Due To A number of Violations In Jail Together with Preventing & Drug Possession (Replace)

TSR Updatez: Roommate, Bobby Shmurda went to parole in September hoping his sixth year in prison would be his last. Unfortunately, his plea for parole has been rejected, as we reported, and it looks like we finally know why.

According to the transcript of Bobby’s hearing received by TMZ, board members cited that Bobby had “multiple” violations in prison, including allegedly a shaft, fights, and drug possession – but Shmurda allegedly argued that he had changed and was ready to be Reclaiming life on the right track.

Bobby reportedly told the board that while he would like to continue his music career after the release, he also intends to help his community through outreach programs for problematic youth. The documents also show that Bobby told the board that he now sees himself as a “leader” rather than a supporter.

Bobby also says he wants to get his high school GED if he drops out.

We previously spoke to Bobby’s mother who said she was confident he would come back regardless of the outcome of his hearing.

“Who I am not free you talk about, but I can say that there will be a very strong comeback and people will not be disappointed. There are so many surprises, ”said Bobby’s mother Leslie Pollard.

Bobby only has one year left to sit in jail after being sentenced to 7 years in prison on charges of conspiracy to own guns and a gun.

Before Bobby and the rest of the GS9 crew got into these legal troubles, they changed the New York music scene forever by introducing what the city now knows as drill music. Hopefully it can continue to distinguish itself in the industry after its release.
