Lin Wooden Recordsdata Lawsuit Difficult Georgia’s Secretary of State’s Darkish Unconstitutional Settlement with Hillary Lawyer Marc Elias

On March 6, 2020, Georgian Foreign Secretary Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, signed a secret legal agreement with the Democratic Party of Georgia, Senatorial Democratic Campaign Committee, and Congress Democratic Campaign Committee to change postal voting procedures in Georgia. The Democrats’ attorney for this secret deal was Marc Elias of Perkins Coie, Hillary Clinton’s advisor who has directed other secret Democratic election operations across the country. Attorney L. Lin Wood Jr., a Georgia resident and legal voter, yesterday filed a legal complaint against not only Georgian Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, but also the members of the Secretary of State’s State Board of Elections for the conclusion of this agreement.

Wood tweeted yesterday about his lawsuit against the Georgian foreign minister and electoral body for their unconstitutional electoral acts:
I filed a lawsuit in federal court in Atlanta today to determine that the GA Secretary of State’s consent dated March 6, 2020 made the 11/3 GA general election UNLAWFUL.

The lawsuit filed by Wood argues that the Secretary of State and the Electoral Board changed the way in which postal ballot papers were counted that they were not entitled to sign.
The right to change electoral processes lies with the legislature and not with the foreign minister or the judiciary:
Wood argues in his lawsuit that Raffensperger, in his prayer for relief, asks the Court of Justice to do the following because Raffensperger had no legal authority to sign this legal document:
(a) Because of the defendants’ violations of the United States Constitution and violations of other federal and state electoral laws, this court should issue an order, statement, and / or injunction prohibiting the defendants from delivering 2020 results confirm national parliamentary elections in Georgia;
(b) Alternatively, for violations of the defendants against the United States Constitution and violations of other federal and state electoral laws, that court should issue an order, statement and / or injunction prohibiting the defendants from observing the results of general election, which contain the listing of incorrect postal votes, regardless of whether these ballots have been healed;
(c) Alternatively, for the defendants’ violations of the United States Constitution and violations of other federal and state electoral laws, this Court should issue an order, statement and / or injunction on the results of the 2020 general election in Georgia based on the above the violations of the Constitution described above are deficient and the Defendants are required to remedy these deficiencies in the manner described in relation to litigation and
(d) Any further relief this Tribunal or the Finder of Fact deems just and just.
