Lori Harvey Receives Two 12 months Probation In Her Hit-And-Run Case (Replace)

It looks like Lori Harvey doesn’t spend time behind bars when it comes to her hit-and-run case.

According to TMZ, a court official announced that Lori appeared in court earlier this week and struck a plea deal with prosecutors. She had originally made no objection to a crime involving defying arrest. Through her deal, Lori was sentenced to two years probation.

As previously reported, Lori was charged back in January for the incident that took place last October. She is said to have knocked her G-Wagon into another car, causing her car to tip over.

She was reportedly trying to get away from the scene and authorities found that she wasn’t too far from the scene.

As we previously reported, the charges against them were two charges of misdemeanor, one charge of resisting / delaying / obstruction of a peace officer and one charge of hit and escape leading to property damage. When she submitted her guilty plea, she was imprisoned for at least a year after being sentenced on the charges.

The incident occurred after she held a large birthday party with family and friends in Jamacia. That was also the same trip that she and Future became Instagram officials on.

If you remember, the last time we reported that both Lori and Future sparked breakup rumors when people realized they had stopped following each other on Instagram.

Things got a little clearer when a roommate claimed she saw Lori kick with Akon’s brother Bu in Miami.
