LAPD swarmed the Paramount property Sunday night.
According to local news reports, the Police pursue a suspect after an officer shot the police quantity from Paramount Studios. According to eyewitnesses, around 20 police cars were on site. According to local folks, much of the law enforcement effort is focused on the New York studio background.
The man, who allegedly carries a knife, was suspected and barricaded in a sexual assault case after resisting arrest. This comes from law enforcement sources quoted by the LA Times.
The LAPD’s Hollywood Division has urged the public to avoid the Melrose Avenue and Gower Street areas due to police activity.
