John Lydon, punk icon front man for Sex Pistols and Public Image Ltd., told the BBC in an interview broadcast Thursday that he would vote for President Trump in the November presidential election. The Democrats would have destroyed his home state of California. Lydon emigrated from the UK years ago and became a US citizen in 2013, citing his support for Obamacare.
Lydon said he believed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was senile and based that observation on his experience caring for his wife, Nora Forster, who has Alzheimer’s disease.
