Ryan Murphy gave American horror story fans another clue of what’s to come in season 10 with a cryptic Instagram post shared Tuesday night.
The Prom and Ratched Helmer posted a creepy shot of an open mouth and full of razor sharp teeth. A tattoo pen appeared to have “AHS10” etched on the tongue. While the poster doesn’t reveal too much about the American Horror Story season 10 plot, the Instagram post complements the series’ nightmarish images.
American Horror Story was due to return to its tenth season in October, with a delayed premiere in 2021 due to the COVID-19 production stoppage. After the production restart was announced, Murphy posted a picture of sharp chompers similar to those in Tuesday’s post.
Murphy had already given an indication of the possible location for the coming season in May. He shared a picture of a quiet beach or lakefront on social media with the headline, “American Horror Story. Note. “With the combination of razor-sharp teeth and the aquatic environment, it seems that season 10 has some tones of Creature of the Black Lagoon or Jaws.
The final season of the American Horror Story will feature Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin as well as Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross and Finn Wittrock.
