Tobias Truvillion (Trailer hitch), Taryn Manning (Orange is the new black) Zach McGowan (Shameless), Chris Tardio (Younger) and Tasha Lawrence (The Looming Tower) star in Sanctioning Evil, an indie action thriller from JARS Media Group and Novakovic Brothers Films.
Directed by Ante Novakovic, the story revolves around Staff Sgt. Barnes (Truvillion), a recently discharged Army veteran who finds his way back into society through a charismatic Congressman Ambrose (McGowan). Barnes and Ambrose walk a fine line between covert military operations on civilian soil and unsanctioned retaliation toward an underground criminal element while they are pursued by FBI special agent Kensington (Manning).

Kyle Travis Sharp and Lance Sharp wrote the script, which will be produced by Rob Simmons, Novakovic and Harry Azano. Brett Stuart and Damien Georges will serve as executive producers. Filming is scheduled for autumn in New York and New Jersey.

Indigo Valley filmmaker Jaclyn Bethany has cast for their upcoming film The Falling World, the second in their pandemic trilogy after Before the World Set on Fire. Lucy Walters (Power), Kaley Ronayne (The Right Stuff), Michael Rabe (Big Dogs), Isabelle Chester (Catch the Fair One), Ayumi Patterson, Jonathan Kaplan, Joshua David Robinson, Dee Baesnel, Christy Escobar and Anna Crivelli do the Cast of the film, which is currently being shot in New York.
Bethany is directing the play for a script that she wrote. The picture is set on the eve of the Clinton / Bush elections and the aftermath of the AIDS crisis in 1992 and follows a group of law students on their way to a vacation home where a girl had previously disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
CC Kellogg and Isabelle Chester are producing the picture with executive producer BKE Productions in collaboration with Valmora Productions.

American god actress Ashley Reyes was cast in comedy horror, Slayer, with previously announced stars Abigail Breslin, Thomas Jane and Malin Akerman. Directed by K. Asher Levin, the plot follows a group of internet influencers who are drawn to a secluded, seductive billionaire mansion, only to find themselves in the hiding place of an evil vampire. Reyes will play Natalie, an entrepreneurial power broker’s millennial fantasy. Breslin, Levin, Daniel Cummings and Zack Imbrogno produce. Executive producers are Jane and Courtney Lauren Penn of Renegade Entertainment, Matthew Helderman of BondIt Medial Capital, Luke Taylor and Grady Craig, Clay Epstein of Film Mode and Josh Monkarsh and Akerman. Reyes is repeated by Stewart Talent and Mosaic.
