Tory Lanez Arraignment Pushed Again To November, Tory Ordered To Keep Away From Megan Thee Stallion (Unique)

TSR Exclusive: A Tory Lanez attorney has just rolled back his charges in the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion, as we can confirm from his hearing in Los Angeles this morning.

The Shade Room was in court this morning, but Tory Lanez showed up by phone through his attorney Shawn Holley when the judge set his bail at $ 190,000 and approved the Los Angeles District Attorney’s motion for a protection warrant, asking Tory to be at least 100 feet away to stay away from Megan Thee Stallion and not contact.

The judge agreed to Holley’s motion to postpone the charges until November 18, and Tory was able to leave bail through a debtor present at the hearing.

Just last week, prosecutor charged Tory with three crimes, including attacking with a semi-automatic firearm.

He was first arrested in July for possession of weapons and released from custody. After an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, authorities uncovered additional charges of allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot when she got out of the SUV they were driving in.

If convicted, Tory has a maximum sentence of 22 years. The case is still being investigated by the LAPD, Hollywood Division.

Megan had named Tory as her shooter after nearly a month of silence, despite publicly acknowledging that she had been hospitalized for being shot. The incident came after she and Tory attended a Kylie Jenner pool party on July 12th.

Fellow artists and fans gathered around Megan, which was also part of a larger conversation on social media about the importance of protecting black women.

Tory later dropped his album “Daystar” and played his part in the filming of 17 tracks that also described his and Megan’s relationship.
