TSR Unique: G Herbo’s Group Releases Assertion Relating to Indictment, “He Maintains His Innocence And Appears Ahead To Establishing His Innocence In Courtroom”

On Wednesday G Herbo was charged in a fraud case. According to @TheChicagoTribune, Herb, his music sponsor, and other members of his crew are charged with using stolen IDs to bill more than $ 1 million in exotic services over a four-year period.

Speaking exclusively to The Shade Room, his team stated, “G Herbo has been charged with several offenses in Massachusetts. However, he remains innocent and looks forward to being judged innocent.” The statement went on to say: “Herbo has legal representation in Massachusetts through Prince Lobel, whose team has reached out to the US Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts to make arrangements for Herbo’s performance. G Herbo will appear in Massachusetts whenever needed in person or through Zoom. “

As previously reported, G Herbo and his crew allegedly spent the money on private jets, limo rides, exotic car rentals, a vacation in a villa in Jamaica, and two designer puppies that were allegedly bought for Herb from a dealer in Michigan in 2017.

Herbs promoter and manager Antonio “T-Glo” Strong, Chicago rapper Joe Rodeo and alleged co-conspirators Steven Hayes Jr., Demario Sorrells and Terrence Bender were also indicted.

The 14-count charge accuses all of the defendants of conspiracy, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

A judge also ruled that G Herbo’s manager is the alleged leader of the $ 1.5 million scam involving the use of “other people’s aliases and identities” allegedly found on the dark internet.

Herbs Manager got in touch on November 24th.

As you recall, this comes after G Herbo was put on Forbes’ list of 30 under 30 musicians this year. He posted the good news on Monday with the headline: “NEVER WATCH 2 ACCOLADES … CANNOT START NOW … AND I CANNOT STOP NOW !!”
