80s Drama ‘Snowfall’ Trashes Ronald Reagan for Preaching ‘Progress’

FX’s 1980s drug-related drama Snowfall proves that some things never change. In this case, it means Liberals always treat Ronald Reagan like trash no matter what he says.

In the March 24 episode “Say a Little Prayer”, we catch up with one of the characters, Wanda (Gail Bean), who is recovering in the hospital after shooting a bullet in the hip. Since she is also addicted to cocaine, her stay is miserable as she withdraws. We’re treated in the hospital with a montage of her pain, which for some reason includes Ronald Reagan’s 1985 inaugural address. She reacts like most leftists would: she throws her food on the screen.

Nobel. Yes, how dare President Reagan recognize past systemic racism and work to remedy it? In 2021, Democrats are asking everyone to believe, but Reagan is still hated for preaching “progress.” If you have an R next to your name, you can never win.

The snowfall has been on for four seasons now and it still hasn’t gotten over its hatred of Reagan. Whether it claims he’s behind the fake cocaine conspiracy or he’s literally throwing arrows at his head, the show won’t make us forget that. Since it has just been renewed for a fifth season, there may be a few nudges left in this drama.

This show was sponsored by commercials from Volkswagen, Wendy’s, and McDonald’s.
