HOW DUMB ARE WE? USA Right this moment ‘Truth Checks’ Babylon Bee on ‘Courtroom Overturns’ RBG’s Demise

While liberal journalists scream in advance what President Trump urgently needs is a live, real-time fact-checking. However, we shall remind you how stupid liberal journalists find American “shepherds”. USA Today released a fact check in case anyone should be fooled by the Babylon Bee’s hilarious article “The ninth Circuit Court overturns the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.”

In the event you are so incredibly stupid that you believe judges could reanimate the dead by court order, Chelsey Cox has filed a verdict:

We rate this claim as SATIRE based on our research. A satirical article about the death of the Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg by the 9th Circuit actually has no basis. It is true that the 9th Circle ruled against many Trump-era guidelines.

Cox summarized the satire:

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died of metastatic pancreatic cancer on September 18, is actually “alive,” according to the article, because the 9th Circuit overturned her death.

“In a narrow decision, the judges in the court declared the death of the RBG unconstitutional and will prevent Trump from nominating a replacement,” the article reads.

Ninth Circle Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw was credited with the decision on the grounds that Ginsburg’s death was an “affront to the (Constitution)” and the “God-given right to abort as many babies as possible and to use their body parts for research to sell. “”

Therefore, Ginsburg continues to be considered “alive” by law, the article says. How the court will accomplish this feat, Wardlaw admitted according to the article, “We’re still finding out that part.”

Any attempt to fill the position vacated by Ginsburg will be blocked by the 9th circuit until it can be cloned or revived, according to the article.

Cox then “corrected” the jokes:

There is no record of any Wardlaw opinion on Ginsburg’s death on the 9th Circle website, but she attended a panel discussion on Ginsburg’s life on Friday produced by the UCLA School of Law. Ginsburg was not “revived” during the discussion.

These “fact checkers” think they are so much smarter than the average American. And the average American should be offended by the almost athletic condescension.
