NCIS: Los Angeles Newest Present to Push BLM ‘Peaceable Protest’ Lie

For most of 2020, the Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioters burned and looted large and medium-sized cities across the United States, leaving over $ 2 billion in damaged property, lost livelihoods, devastated communities and dozens of deaths. In fact, they are still causing violence from Portland to New York. Black Lives Matter protesters injured two police officers in New York on Saturday, February 13.

Regardless of how much violence they cause, the old media and Hollywood will try to trick the public into believing that BLM protests are “mostly peaceful” and focus only on racial equality and “social justice”.

Newsbusters has been recording the endless parade of BLM propaganda hosted by the television networks throughout the fall and winter. This week’s latest issue of gas lighting is from NCIS: Los Angeles.

In the episode “The Frogman’s Daughter” on February 14th, Kam (Kayla Smith), the daughter of NCIS agent Sam (LL Cool J), is kidnapped by two angry ex-LA cops who had previously been released. It turns out that Kam secretly helped organize protests against the police without her father’s knowledge.

However, before NCIS discovers Kam’s abduction, the Department of Homeland Security is concerned about planned protests in the city that night. A DHS agent named Megan Merkle (Tiffany Smith) jokingly introduces herself to Agent Devin Roundtree (Caleb Castille). When she mentioned that the DHS was dealing with possible violence in the planned protest, Agent Roundtree insulted the idea that the protesters could potentially be dangerous.

Agent Roundtree: Uh, how can I help you?

Agent Merkel: The protest planned for tonight. Homeland Security coordinates a joint federal task force to support local authorities.

Agent Roundtree: Are you helping them with what? Control traffic? It will be a peaceful protest.

Agent Merkel: I find that a bit idealistic.

Agent Roundtree: No, that’s realistic. The protest is about equality and racial justice. But I’m sure the protesters would love our protection.

Agent Merkel: Well, this request comes directly from my director and the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the Navy, the director of NCIS.

Agent Roundtree: Oh.

Agent Merkel: There are concerns that armed counter-protesters are showing up tonight.

Agent Roundtree: To be clear, it’s not about the protesters, it’s about people who show up and could pose a threat to a peaceful protest.

Agent Merkel: Sure. If you want to get technical.

Agent Roundtree: (laughs) I’m not trying to get technical. I’m just trying to get it right.

Agent Merkel: (laughs softly) I have the feeling that we are getting off on the wrong foot.

Agent Roundtree: No, no. It is…

Agent Merkel: Agent Roundtree, can NCIS help us gather information on militia groups that may be a problem tonight?

Agent Roundtree: Sure. If you want to get technical.

Ahh … so it’s just the fear of the counter-protesters. That is the great threat. The protests themselves couldn’t possibly be a cause for concern, right? On TV shows this year, characters keep saying the protests are peaceful, really, really peaceful. Have you ever heard of Shakespeare’s warning, “I think you protest too much”? If the protests were really peaceful, Hollywood writers wouldn’t have to keep telling audiences that.

As a result, it emerged that there was an activist with Kam who wanted protesters to be violent because he did not believe that peaceful protesting would work. Agent Merkle also mentions that her agency caught a demonstrator in Seattle with explosives, but these individuals are portrayed as outliers and do not indicate a broader pattern.

But BLM protests were routinely violent across the country. And the demonstrators are not only campaigning for “racial justice”. They attempted to disappoint and get rid of the police in what, according to the Wall Street Journal, resulted in “the largest percentage increase in homicides in American history.” Now cities like Minneapolis, which have defused their police force, are pulling back and investing millions of dollars trying to recruit police forces because the crime wave there has so thoroughly ruined their city.

BLM and Antifa protests were a toxic exercise in domestic terrorism, and no amount of Hollywood lies should ever make Americans forget them.
