Brooke Baldwin May Be Leaving CNN — Followers React To Cryptic Message About Jake Tapper Changing Her Till After The Election

Brooke Baldwin to leave CNN? The question got on the minds of many fans this week after the newscaster posted a post on social media revealing that her colleague Jake Tapper will handle her hour until after the election.

While the move could be strategic, given that Tapper is a respected political expert, it’s still strange that that decision was made now that Baldwin has been on the network for ten years.

Baldwin assured her fans that she was healthy after battling the coronavirus earlier this year.

October 1, 2020: It was on that day ten years ago that I started anchoring my own show on CNN (technically it wasn’t * my * show on that first day … but little I knew after an unexpected chain of events , these two hours would be mine). I have really appreciated my time with you over the past ten years. Working at CNN was a dream of mine … I’m a hometown girl (ATL 🍑) and this has always been my hometown network. We have seen history together over the past ten years. I laughed and cried with you … I rang the doorbell with you many a new year 🥂. I was sick with you I grew with you Sitting live on CNN every afternoon has been and is an absolute privilege. I am a marker of important moments and this day is important to me every year – and I owe you all a huge thank you. Thanks for subscribing. Thanks for finding me here on IG. Thanks for taking care. As the elections begin, political maestro @jaketapper will record mine and his hour for the coming weeks. I wish I was with you, but see you on the other side of the choice. In the meantime, you know where to find me. Oh, and do you see my necklace? Don’t forget to vote. 👊🏼 # Gratitude # 10 years #anchorversary #cnn #Journalism # Thank you today -> I 10 years ago #notanaturalblonde 😉
